How do I delete my Spiir UK profile?
You can delete your Spiir UK profile directly through the Spiir UK app or by contacting our support.
Important: When you delete your Spiir UK user, all your data will be deleted permanently from the Spiir UK app. After deletion in Spiir UK, your data might still available to view on the Open Banking Hub. To delete your Hub data and profile, please visit the Hub to delete your Hub profile.

- Select ‘More’ in the menu
- Choose ‘Profile’
- Select ‘Delete user profile and data’
- Enter your password
- Your profile is now deleted
- After deletion in Spiir UK, your data might still available to view on the Open Banking Hub. To delete your Hub data and profile, please visit the Hub to delete your Hub profile.
