From the ‘Challenges’ overview, press on the challenge you want to edit, and click the edit button at the top right corner.

To change the limit on the challenge you can click the amount under 'Your Challenge'.

For your Monthly Challenge you can edit which accounts you want to include/exclude from the challenge.

For other challenges you cannot edit the accounts and/or category assigned to the challenge. You will have to delete it first and recreate it.
